DZ establish a huge service network, configuration of professional maintenance technicians and prospective services have adequate spare parts, at any time to provide users with full service nanny. The company is committed to service timely, quality and service.
4.1 TRAINING SERVICE
DZ provides TRANING service to the end-user in different stages: the equipment’s operation, Maintenance and Upgrades.
4.1.1During the training period in DZ's site, the end-user is responsible for all their engineer’s daily expense.
4.1.2During the traning period in the end-user's site, the end-user is reponsible for DZ technician's daily accommodation.
4.2.1 WARRANTY REPLACEMENT
4.2.2 All claims under warranty must be made promptly and must be received within the applicable warranty period by DZ or its authorized representative. Such claims should include the product serial number when available, the date of shipment, and a full description of the circumstance giving rise to the claim
4.2.3 Before any products are returned or repair, written authorization from DZ or its authorized representative for the return and instructions as to how and where these products should be returned, how and where these products should be returned must be obtained. Any product returned to DZ for examination shall be sent prepaid via the buyer, means of transportation indicated as acceptable by DZ. DZ reserves the right to reject any warranty claim not promptly reported and any warranty claim on any item that has been altered or has been returned by non-acceptable means of transportation.
4.2.4 When any product is returned for examination and inspection, or for any other reason, customer shall be responsible for all damage resulting from importer packing or handing, and for loss in transit, notwithstanding any defect, or nonconformity in the product. In all cases DZ has sole responsibility for determining the case and nature of failure, and DZ’s determination with regard thereto shall be final.
4.2.5 If it is found that DZ’s product has been returned without cause and is still serviceable, customer will be notified and the product returned at customer’s expense; in addition, a charge for testing and examination may be made. All the statement above shall be determined in accordance with the law of the People's Republic of China in case any issues happened. The DZ has the right to revise above terms without announcing publicly, all rights are reserved by the DZ.
4.3 WARRANTY LIMITED
2.2.1. Machineries manufactured by DZ are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from the date of shipment.
2.2.2. And DZ’s liability under valid warranty claims is limited, at the option of DZ, to repair, replacement, or refund of an equitable portion of the purchase price of the product. Items expendable in normal use are not covered by this warranty.
2.2.3.All warranty replacement or repair of parts shall be limited to equipment malfunctions which, in the sole opinion of the DZ are due or traceable to defects in original materials of workmanship.
2.2.4. All obligations of DZ under this warranty shall cease in the event of abuse, accident, alteration, misuse or neglect of the equipment.
2.2.5. In warranty period repaired or replacement parts are warranted only. After expiration of the applicable warranty period, the end users shall be charged at the current prices for parts, labor, local importing duties and transportation.
2.2.6. Reasonable care must be used to avoid hazards. DZ expressly disclaims responsibility for less or damage caused by use of its products. Statements made by any person, including representatives of DZ, which are inconsistent or in conflict with the terms of this warranty shall not be binding upon DZ unless reduced to writing and approved by an officer or DZ.
